It may seem Centerville (Ohio) quarterback Chase Harrison has been at the helm of the Elks offense for several years. A starter since his freshman season, Harrison has become one of the top prospects in the Midwest and has given Marshall University his verbal pledge.
One of the reasons Harrison looked to end his recruitment early was to focus on his team having a big season. On Friday night, Harrison led the Elks to a season-opening 38-24 win over Fairfield and sees the Elks’ possibilities in fighting for a Greater Western Ohio Conference title and run in the OHSAA playoffs.
Football In Ohio spoke with Harrison following the game to discuss his team’s win and more.
