To play at the varsity level as a freshman is a significant feat for any high school football player. But, playing, making plays, and getting the praise of your coaches means you’ve worked hard and shown a bright future.
For Class of 2026 receiver Armani Rogers of Trotwood (Ohio) Madison high school, he’s achieving all that and more.
Listed at 5-foot-7, 155-pounds, Rogers knows time is on his side to grow and has seen players like Springfield wide receiver Anthony Brown grow and excel over the years into a University of Kentucky pledge.
Rogers, who played a significant role in the Rams come-from-behind win over Kettering (Ohio) Alter for the team’s first win over the season, spoke with DBHuddle following the game in this exclusive one-on-one interview presented by First Star Logistics.
