After watching Cincinnati (Ohio) Winton Woods senior defensive back Cameron Calhoun in action, we feel University of Cincinnati head football coach Luke Fickell has found another “Hometown” Bearcat that will be a future defensive standout once he arrives on campus.
Calhoun, who gave Bearcats defensive backs coach Kerry Coombs his verbal pledge in June, has big play potential and proved that during our live evaluation when he returned an interception 105-yards for a touchdown.
Calhoun is a significant reason Winton Woods is again one of the top teams in Ohio at the Division II level and a team many feel could look to defend their state championship.
DBHuddle.com spoke with Calhoun about his team’s goals this season, big play against Walnut Hills, and future in Clifton in this one-on-one interview presented by First Star Logistics.
