When Riverside (Ohio) Stebbins head coach Greg Bonifay told players in the Class of 2021 and 2022, they needed to trust the process, some gave him a look of disbelief. Senior quarterback Nate Keller gave his coach time to prove he knew what needed to be done in bringing the Stebbins football program from the bottom of the Miami Valley League.
After going 3-7 his sophomore year, Keller and his teammates found success his junior season with a 5-3 record, Divisional title, and spot in the OHSAA playoffs.
In his senior season, Keller is off to a fast start with 605-yards passing and nine touchdowns with only two interceptions in three games, including a Week Three win over rival West Carrollton 41-8.
After the game, we spoke with Keller about his performance, the win, and much more in this exclusive one-on-one interview presented by First Star Logistics.
