As a sophomore, Clayton (Ohio) Northmont 2024 quarterback Cahke’ Cortner scratched the surface his coaches feel he can achieve while passing for 926 yards and eight touchdowns. Now a year older and wiser, Cortner is starting to fulfill what his coaches envisioned with 705 yards passing and six touchdowns after four games while adding another four scores running the ball for the 4-0 T-Bolts.
DBHuddle, presented by First Star Logistics, spoke with Cortner following his team’s impressive 28-0 win over an undefeated Kettering Fairmont squad.
Cortner talks about his growth as a quarterback, schools showing recruiting interest, and where he’s planning to visit.
