Centerville (Ohio) senior wide receiver Cameron Smith will leave the Elks football program as one of the top receivers to play at the school. Friday night, during the Elks 38-24 win over Fairfield, Smith delivered another big performance with three receptions for 117 yards and one touchdown.
As a junior, Smith posted 39 receptions for 719 yards and 11 touchdowns in a shortened season because of Covid-19. Smith posted 50 receptions for 633 yards and seven scores during his sophomore season.
Smith has continued to grow physically, adding a couple of inches to his height and solid pounds of muscle to his frame. While a handful of schools have offered, his future potential at the college level is high.
